Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Note: শুধুমাত্র অভিজ্ঞদের অগ্রাধিকার দেওয়া হবে.
∎ 3D architectural visualization, including interior and exterior designs.
∎ Collaborate with architects and engineers to create realistic and detailed 3D models.
∎ Render high-quality images and animations of architectural projects.
∎ Work on AutoCAD and 3D modeling software (SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, etc.).
∎ Provide creative input to improve design concepts.
∎ Ensure that 3D outputs align with client and project requirements.
∎ Lumin Animation,
∎ Minimum 2 years of experience in architectural 3D visualization.
∎ Strong proficiency in 3D software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, and V-Ray.
∎ Excellent understanding of lighting, rendering, and textures.
∎ Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have a creative mindset with attention to detail.
∎ Good communication skills to work in a team environment.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
∎ A portfolio showcasing previous 3D visualization projects is mandatory.
