∎ B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from any reputed university.
∎ Candidates from BUET/CUET/RUET/KUET/SUST will get preference.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Construction, project coordination, Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning and directing the activities of all projects to ensure the project progresses on schedule and within the prescribed budget.
∎ Identify possible construction-related challenges, suggest the best possible solutions & resolve them accordingly.
∎ Manage all the zonal issues related to the site constructions, material management, approvals of bills, quality and all the compliances of staff, contractors and other stakeholders involved in respective zones projects.
∎ Ensure that all construction standards are of high quality and also ensure the use of proper construction techniques.
∎ Prepare & implement all SOPs related to construction.
∎ Coordinate with all related stakeholders for all the requirements of the zone.
∎ Ensure the smooth functioning of the assigned zone.
∎ Regularly follow up on project employee’s performance & provide on-the-job training.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 36 to 46 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proactive and problem-solving skills
∎ Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
∎ Strong leadership skills
∎ Sound Knowledge of project management tools
