Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan and direct the activities of all projects to ensure the project progresses on schedule and within the prescribed budget.
∎ Identify possible construction-related challenges, suggest the best possible solutions & resolve them accordingly.
∎ Manage all the zonal issues related to the site construction, material management, approvals of bills, quality and all the compliances of staff, contractors and other stakeholders involved in respective zone projects.
∎ Ensure that all construction standards are of high quality and also ensure the use of proper construction techniques.
∎ Prepare & implement all SOPs related to construction.
∎ Coordinate with all related stakeholders for all the requirements of the zone.
∎ Ensure the smooth functioning & safety issues of the assigned zone.
∎ Regularly follow up on project employee’s performance & provide on-the-job training.
