Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all other systems are in place and well- functioning, e.g., Management of Intercom, PABX, Internet, etc.
∎ Handle the Guests/Visitors most professionally with etiquette.
∎ Organise smooth Front Office operation
∎ Candidate must have good computer literacy.
∎ Good manner, appearance, polite & capable in client handling by Phone.
∎ Satisfactory communications skills in English & Bengali.
∎ Building, establishing, and maintaining a good relationship with clients.
∎ 100% work time for Office maintain and be energetic.
∎ Assist the management to oversee the entire Front Office operation to maintain high standards.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 25 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Only freshers are encouraged to apply.
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Salary will be 5000 BDT in Probation.
After successfully completion of probation salary will reviewed on your performance.
Probation period will be 03 to 06 Months depends on performance
Compensation & Other Benefits:
