Job Responsibilities:
∎ Need to handle incoming calls to the prospective customers pertaining to the Client's business.
∎ Need to provide excellent customer service and gives precise information to the customer, ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Identify customer needs, clarify information and provide solutions.
∎ Perform every call and Social media support actively to solve the client's problem.
∎ Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
∎ Must be knowledgeable about Facebook (Social media), email & web chat skype and any desk software.
∎ Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated persons for further investigation.
∎ Ensure Service Delivery through follow up process & updating documentations.
∎ Report time to time to the team leader for complicated issues.
∎ Sense of responsibility and Achieve the daily target
∎ Developed competencies required for service oriented and result focus
∎ Keep records of all conversations in our call centre database in a comprehensible way

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 21 to 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

∎ Similar experience in the BPO industry or running call center will get preference.Basic computer knowledge.
∎ Good oral communication skills.
∎ Good listening skills and analytical skills.
∎ Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
∎ Applicants have to be Smart, energetic and good communication skill
∎ Must be smart enough to handle any difficult situation that may rise during maintaining a teams
∎ Willingness to work in any shift/ roster.
