Job Context:
∎ Work shop Manager have a dual role. They are responsible for understanding customers` service and repair requirements and translating those into clear instructions for service technicians.
∎ He is the first contact in the Workshop for a customer and provides a window to the workshop. He should be an image builder for the Service Department and present a picture of faith and confidence.
∎ His most important role is leading and motivating a team of staff to ensure they`re giving the best customer service possible.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive Customer Vehicles for Service and Repair Jobs and raise repair orders including cost and time estimates, with full transparency and put on Dealer Management Systems (DMS).
∎ Listens to a customer's description of car trouble, asks follow-up questions to better assess the problem, inspects the vehicle, determines the source of the issue, and provides suggestions for the best ways to fix the vehicle.
∎ Works with customer to formulate the best service plan for their budget and needs.
∎ Communicate frequently with technicians and parts associates to ensure timely completion of work
∎ Follow up with customers on the status of their vehicle, based on how the customer wants to be informed.
∎ Provide detailed explanation and technical justification for additional repairs with cost Estimate and obtain approval from customers.
∎ Regularly follow up with technicians on his vehicles and update Customers regularly on the job progress and ensure delivery of the vehicle at the promised time.
∎ To create effective working relationships with customer, driver and technician.
∎ Conduct post service follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Additional Requirements:
∎ You will have at least 7 to 10 years experience as workshop Manager /Service Consultant, within a reputable automotive workshop / similar.
∎ Computer and Automotive Scanner literacy with a keen eye for detail
∎ Should know for directing and coordinating all activities involved in the operations and maintenance of Computerize Automotive Equipment.
∎ Age At least 30+
∎ Holds a full driving license.

Salary: Negotiable
