Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Hiring, training, and managing workshop employees
∎ Focusing on customer retention by building relationships
∎ Performing diagnosis, troubleshoot and inspect vehicles to detect faults and malfunctions. Follow up Hot Line Technical Support Requests
∎ Establishing and maintaining relationships with the manufactures designated warranty representatives
∎ Preparing the cost estimates including the services and repair costs and the cost of spare parts, if needed
∎ Maintaining and managing a daily record of repairs and services of vehicles undertaken and completed
∎ Educating customers on maintaining their vehicles free from troubles and problems
∎ Supervising and monitoring automotive service technicians and repairers. Ordering parts and supplies as needed
