∎ NESL now invites applications from competent candidates for the post of Work Site Supervisor/Team Lead for employment with our prospective clients working in oil and gas industry.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform non-process maintenance activities in Company locations as guided and advised by supervisor.
∎ Assess the NPM maintenance activities in the Company gas plant premises and in associated areas.
∎ Get introduced with the NPM existing maintenance systems of the gas plants. Identify and follow up NPM Preventive Maintenance (PM) & Corrective Maintenance (CM) of the maintenance activities.
∎ Prepare the Bill of Materials (BOM) of the maintenance activities by aligning with the core maintenance team.
∎ Provide support to Maintenance Coordinator for developing inventory systems of the NPM by the support of the respective warehouse.
∎ Issue Service Order to JDE system as required from warehouse. Learn safety protocols of the gas plants for performing maintenance activities.
∎ Provide support to Maintenance Coordinator for learning and developing job specific JSA/HA.
∎ Follow up and update NPM equipment PM job schedule.
∎ (Provide support to Maintenance Coordinator for Preparing weekly work plan for NPM PM & CM activities.
∎ Prepare weekly report.
∎ Develop work schedules and match the roaster of the contractors’ personnel as demanded by the field maintenance operations.
∎ Prepare contractors’ personnel monthly timesheet.
∎ Ensure timely response of the Contractor against each planned & unplanned maintenance job.
∎ Supervise the actual physical work in terms of timely completion, safety, quality and sustainability.
∎ Ensure Work Order system through JDE as applicable for the work (if applicable).
∎ Provide e-SAR entry as required for the maintenance.
∎ Follow existing Work Order system where applicable and make it compliant as per NPM guideline (if applicable).
∎ Cross check of the invoices against Work Order and clear the invoices for timely payment (if applicable).
∎ Ensure daily basis toolbox talk, selection of work team leaders & area controllers as appropriate for the activities.
∎ Ensure preparation of permits and attend in the permit meetings with the required resources.
∎ Ensure right and appropriate coordination with the field management for executing the approved permit activities.
∎ Ensure physical work compliance to field works of the contractors’ personnel.
∎ Support to Maintenance Coordinator for MOC required documents preparation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
∎ Computer literacy in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Pdf Applications.
