∎ Should have knowledge Social compliance Audit Technical Audit, CTPAT Audit.
∎ Able to work independently and proactively.
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill.

∎ Key skills:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Provide counseling to the workers against need and identify problems of workers & provide solutions against problems with coordination of all concerned department.
∎ Run the function of grievance management and counseling for the workers as per guideline of labor law.
∎ Conduct the induction process to ensure proper orientation for new joiners which covers all fundamental policy & process.
∎ Execute Participation Committee and Industrial Relation matters to promote voice of the worker and get it aligned with management & budget.
∎ Negotiate between workers and their controllers to maintain a sound working relationship against dispute/grievances.
∎ Monitor and control daily absenteeism of workers and report the records to the concerned authorities. Analyze and solve problems through counseling that lead to reduce absenteeism among employees·
∎ Supervise the compliance issues of factory floor workers in accordance with the buyer compliance standards.
∎ Prepare and manage the maternity benefit payout for female workers as per company policies.
∎ Communicate with the management team to make them updated regarding employee welfare issues when necessary.
∎ Be an active team player of the existing compliance team to ensure world class compliance and safety standard·
∎ Carryout internal audit and assessment on a regular basis and provide reports to top management·
∎ Work closely with floor HR & Admin to ensure work place safety, Hygiene, and compliance.
∎ Ensure welfare and compliance awareness activities are practices meticulously.
∎ Assist Compliance Head for formulation and implementation of policy and all internal and external audits.
∎ Organize welfare committee (WPC), Environment Health and Safety Committee (EHS) meetings.
∎ Ensure Maternity benefits as per law.
∎ Carry out additional duties as requested by the HR & Compliance Manager.
∎ Duty will be roster basis.
∎ Any other assignment given by the Management.
∎ Document Need To Be Maintained:
∎ 01. All Training Document.
∎ 02. Awareness related Document.
