To carry forward company`s pace of growth, the company is looking for deserving candidate who will be the integral part of our existing team.
∎ Job Summary: Responsible for all welding aspects involved in product manufacturing processes, such as welding procedures, processes and documentation, maintaining welding equipment, coordinating manufacturing processes, and helping with quality control activities.
Job Responsibilities:

∎ Develop welding procedures, and application as per production specifications, properties and characteristics of metals, metal alloys, and engineering principles.
∎ Conduct R&D (research and development) investigations to improve existing or develop new welding methods, techniques and procedures.
∎ Establish welding procedures to guide production and welding personnel according to specification, material processes, pre- and post-heating requirements.
∎ Evaluate new developments in welding field for possible application to improve current welding or production processes.
∎ Direct and coordinates technical personnel in performing inspections to ensure workers' compliance with established welding procedures, restrictions, and standards.
∎ Contact personnel of other agencies, engineering personnel, or clients to exchange ideas, information of welding matters.
∎ Meet the compliance of sheet metal fabrication according to ASME guidelines
Additional Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 years extensive hands-on experience in welding, procedures and qualifications process.
∎ Must be acquainted with ASME, AWS, ISO codes and standards.
∎ NDT Level III (RT, VT, PT) Certification is preferred.
∎ Working experience on ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (ASME BPV CODE) section VIII, Div.1.
∎ Capable to review documentation according to the requirements of the applicable ASME code.
∎ Familiar with BS, CEN codes and standards
∎ Special Skills:
