Educational Requirements:
∎ The incumbent should be Diploma course from any discipline.
∎ Educational qualification is not mandatory if you have more experience of Airport Baggage Handling System (BHS) installation work.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Lead the team members to improve the productivity & work progress in the project.
∎ Develop specific plans to ensure both short and long-term to project work time finished timely.
∎ Match or compare the number of orders received and the product with the daily target.
∎ Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly project work completion target.
∎ Supervise & administer the daily activities of team members as per company policy.
∎ Monitor and analyze team members' performance regularly to ensure achievements and compliance with project.
∎ activities, products, and services of competitors and provide market review of new products and services.
∎ Attend monthly, quarterly, and yearly meetings of company regularly.
∎ Maintain various administrative matters (joining, resignation, leave etc.) of subordinates.
∎ Perform other related duties as required and assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience on supervisory of Airport Baggage Handling System (BHS) installation work.
∎ Age between 25 to 40 years will be preferred. Age may be relaxed depending on fulfillment of other criteria.
∎ The candidate should be Self-Motivated, Energetic, Hardworking and achieve sales targets through guiding and supervising the field forces in anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Possess high ethical standards and moral principles.
∎ Have in-depth knowledge of BSH work.
∎ Ability to build & manage work done properly.
∎ Ability to increase work progress.
