Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters degree in any discipline, Diploma in Civil
∎ Post Graduation or Relevant advanced academic qualification in WASH or related field; engineering background is preferred.
∎ Skills Required: MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The WASH Expert/WASH Engineer will provide overall leadership of SMKK's WASH projects/programs and works in close collaboration with Director (Program & Operations), SMKK. The incumbent will play a lead in designing and adapting WASH activities.
∎ Prepare BOQ and designing of WASH activities i.e. water-wells, hand pumps, rain water harvesting, wash blocks, solar operated water points etc and implementation.
∎ Lead the development of work plans, ensuring that targets are met and project outcomes are achieved.
∎ Lead the design, oversight, and monitoring of WASH activities.
∎ Work closely with project staff, government entities, and other stakeholders to design and implement targeted strategies for the improved community participation in improving the Water and sanitation.
∎ Ensure and guide the proper site selection, need-based plan, estimation, BOQ and design for donor approved model
∎ Ensure compliances and quality deliveries of services of donors
∎ Collaborate with other ongoing projects in Cambodia to ensure effective coordination of the project activities.
∎ Liaise with the donor and government officials as needed.
∎ Contribute detailed and accurate written inputs to fulfill project technical reporting requirements.
∎ Coordinate with partners, government agencies and local NGOs on project activities as needed.
∎ Serve as the primary representative of WASH activities within and outside the project.
∎ Participate in relevant coordination meeting to present project activities, ensure coordination with other projects, and assure highest quality of project implementation as per project guideline.

Salary:
∎ Tk. 65000 - 70000 (Monthly)
∎ As per project provision
