Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure uninterrupted receiving and delivery accuracy of warehouse operations.
∎ Ensure warehouse housekeeping and workplace safety.
∎ Perform accurate data entry in SAP software.
∎ Do the necessary planning of RM/PM as per production requirement and ensure available stock.
∎ Applying FIFO, FEFO method for stock management.
∎ Preparation of Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports as per the Requirement of the department
∎ Conducting Data Entry operation for the collating and updating the reports and ensure the data visibility for the team
∎ Physically verify the material received from suppliers as per the PO.
∎ Lead and motivate the warehouse workforce to get the job done with proper utilization for resources.
∎ Ensure proper 5S of RM, PM and FG store.
∎ Ensure 100% compliance on physical inventory.
∎ Ensure proper collaboration with Production & QEHS team to comply with local and global requirements.
∎ Adhere and implement all the safety guidelines during loading/unloading operations.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Experience in relevant role and industries will get preference.
∎ Knowledge in GMP, GHP, Workplace Safety etc.
∎ Experienced in manpower handling.
∎ Good command in MS Excel.
