Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Receipt, distribution, storage & proper handling of RAW and packing materials.
∎ 2. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including managing a team of warehouse workers and coordinating the receiving and distribution of products.
∎ 3. Maintain accurate inventory records, including tracking stock levels and identifying any discrepancies.
∎ 4. Implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure the safe handling and storage of pharmaceutical products.
∎ 5. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and other industry specific guidelines.
∎ 6. Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse operations and improve efficiency.
∎ 7. Manage relationships with suppliers and vendors, including negotiating contracts and pricing.
∎ 8. Ensure the warehouse is clean and well maintained with proper hygiene, including conducting regular inspections and making necessary repairs.
∎ 9. Maintain consumables store, medical supply room, disinfection reagent room with proper temperature and humidity as per guideline.
∎ 10. Collaborate with other departments, such as quality assurance, sales and marketing, finance and internal audit team to plan and coordinate the movement of products, quality control, consumption data, GRM data, loss data etc.
∎ 11. Monitor and manage warehouse budgets, including tracking expanse and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
∎ 12. Prepare reports and analyze data to inform decision-making and assess the performance of the warehouse.
∎ 13. Participate in material supplier abnormal survey work.
∎ 14. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement long-term plans for the warehouse.
∎ 15. Participate in material supplier quality review/annul quality review.
∎ 16. Responsible for any task assigned by Management.
