Job Responsibilities:
∎ The General Manager is responsible to oversee day-to-day operation, design strategy and set goals for growth and management of the transfusion services.
∎ Including but not limited to; ensuring accurate and timely analysis and reporting of clinical samples, planning, coordinating and managing functions within the Blood Banks.
∎ This position is responsible for managing testing, staffing, training, scheduling, budgeting, and other duties to ensure quality, service, and efficiency.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ 10-15 years' relevant experience in plasma bank / Blood bank.
Salary: Tk. 265000 - 295000 (Monthly)
