Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of incoming and outgoing inventory of spare parts, empty cement bags, and safety items in the SAP system.
∎ Conduct regular physical stock audits, cycle counts, and variance analysis to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity.
∎ Classify and store items as per standard operating procedures (SOPs) ensuring FIFO/LIFO compliance based on item characteristics.
∎ Monitor and forecast inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock situations; coordinate with Procurement and Maintenance teams for replenishment planning.
