∎ 1 to 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take customer calls and provide accurate, satisfactory answers to their queries and concerns.
∎ Call clients and customers to follow up them about the company's new products, services and policies.
∎ Review customer or client accounts, providing updates and information about intake, offers and current status of the application.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Brand Promoter/Customer Care will get preference.
∎ Age 18 to 30 years.
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent Communication skill in English and Bengali
∎ Should have the ability to work under pressure.

Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
