Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implementing pertinent procedures and instruction of the Quality Management system (QMS) (IS0-9001) and Environmental Management System (EMS) (IS0-14001) to ensure compliance to quality policy of the Organization.
∎ Keeping entry of issue & return quantity of RM on software based inventory management under assign of superior.
∎ Communicating with customer on the basis of requirement.
∎ Preparing and maintaining all type of documents i.e. GRN, NCR, write off, issue & return and SOP for respective area.
∎ Maintaining custody of all stocks of RM of Pharma, Animal health, Servier and Consumer Brands Products.
∎ Ensuring enforcement of cGMP & GWP compliance, safety and security regulations within the warehouse areas.
∎ Preparing SOPs (standard operating procedure) for ware house activities and equipments as per superior view.
∎ Co-ordinating with QAD, Production, Commercial, Finance & Marketing department with the ware house activities.
∎ Keeping positive liaison with Narcotics Authorities.
∎ Ensuring that all reports regarding the stock are being sent regularly.
∎ Ensuring & compiling requisition of RM from Production department, QAD, PD & Compliance.
∎ Ensuring stock reconciliation every quarter/half yearly at "o" level variation.
∎ Reporting any abnormalities in RM receiving to supervisor without any delay.
∎ Assuring that right qualities/quantities of materials.
∎ Ensuring proper utilization of personnel, Ware house equipments and tools.
∎ Ensuring security and keep good housekeeping in a systematic manner as per procedure and instructions of QMS & EMS.
∎ Carrying out any other assignment given by the supervisor.
