∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Supply Chain Management
∎ PGD in supply chain management will get an advantage.

∎ Age at most 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Receive and execute dispatch and logistics instructions from the manager or higher authority.
∎ Coordinate with transporters for pickup and delivery as per given schedules.
∎ Follow standard procedures for receiving, storing, and issuing materials.
∎ Ensure accurate and timely preparation of GRNs, challans, and delivery documents.
∎ Update stock entries in the Excel or inventory register as directed.
∎ Physically verify incoming and outgoing materials as per documentation.
∎ Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and housekeeping in the warehouse/store.
∎ Monitor daily stock levels and report any discrepancies to the reporting manager.
∎ Assist in periodic physical stock audits and cycle counts.
∎ Communicate with internal departments for material movement as instructed.
∎ Supervise loaders/helpers and ensure safe material handling.
∎ Follow SOPs and safety guidelines during all warehouse and logistics activities.
∎ Submit daily reports and updates to the reporting authority without delay.
∎ Maintain filing and record-keeping of all logistics and store-related documents.
∎ Perform other tasks assigned by management.
