Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor's degree in any discipline
∎ You have a Graduation degree from a reputable university or any other degree with experience in people management.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee the daily warehouse operations Coordinate the end-to-end warehouse processes, from inbound management to stock handling, storing, and order dispatching on a timely basis. Record keeping and efficient dispatch of products to respective clients is of utmost importance.
∎ Have strong knowledge of inventory management and reporting.
∎ Proactively recommend and implement operational goals, objectives and process improvements to attract more renters and importers
∎ Manage Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) procedures to ensure department compliance with regulations by performing periodic safety & health risk assessment
∎ Ensure periodical stock takes are carried out and noted down accurately Effectively ensure that the implementation of policies, procedures and work standards are met
∎ Coordinate periodic maintenance of the facilities.
∎ Ensure warehouse housekeeping/cleaning and workplace safety.

∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Skills Required: Interpersonal Skills, Problem Solving Skills, Stakeholder Management, Team management
∎ Must be fluent in both Bangla and English.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Logistics, Operation, Warehouse Management, Client relationship, basics of bookkeeping and reporting, Inventory Management.
∎ Your analytical skills are excellent, and you have an entrepreneurial attitude with great interest for the online businesses.
∎ You are driven, self-motivated and goal-oriented
∎ You are resilient, mentally tough and Hard working
∎ You are a resident of Savar, AminBazar, Hemayetpur, Mirpur or Mohammadpur Area
∎ You will be required to travel and have full motor vehicle license.
∎ If the candidate is familiar with Kawran Bazar, Amin Bazar and other wet markets in Dhaka, that will have an added advantage in the selection process.
∎ If candidate have a Motor Vehicle License, Motor bike will be an added advantage
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Will be decided based on the experience level of the candidate
