Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare monthly/weekly breakdown maintenance, preventive maintenance report and prepare documentation as per ISO, HACCAP, UA requirements.
∎ Prepare electricity consumption of the plant report and Monitor consumption of electricity as per the cold room load.
∎ To Monitor - installing, troubleshooting, and overhauling in air condenser, refrigeration, chiller, and cold storage systems.
∎ To Monitor - connecting cooling system pipeline using pipe cutting, measuring, and welding equipment.
∎ To Routine Check - heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, and leakage test.
∎ To Monitor and ensure Repair and replace components applicable to all heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration systems.
∎ To make a routine maintenance schedule and work accordingly.
∎ To deliver in coordination with the team (engineers/contractors) and report to ED.
∎ To prepare work estimates, prepare routine for foreman and junior technician
∎ Monitor machine run time, manually.
∎ Have a project management mindset and need to possess skill to develop Gantt chart and Genomic chart.
∎ Have strong word and excel skillset.
∎ Perform any other jobs as and when assigned by the management.
∎ To ensure the quality of all incoming food grade products in the cold room and generate a report to maintain quality assurance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Practical and technical skills.
∎ The ability to calculate figures and costs.
∎ The ability to read plans and technical drawings.
∎ Must be a resident of Savar or surrounding area.
∎ Own transport is preferred.
