∎ Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for directing and supervising a group of employees involved in warehouse operations procedures with regard to receiving, shipping, storage / distribution of goods, and logistics
∎ Manage optimum inventory levels through inter-transfer of stock between BYSL warehouses
∎ Assist monthly, annual and perpetual inventory auditing operations
∎ Manage seasonal warehousing staff
∎ Develop weekly staff shift planning for warehouse operations
∎ Undertake continuous initiatives to develop best processes and procedures to make warehouse operations more efficient
∎ Receipt and quality control of delivered goods to project warehouse
∎ Processing appropriate supply chain documentation and updating stock cards to assure an accurate count of commodities and other logistics of the project at the central warehouse
∎ Follow all inventory control systems including storage, quality control, inventory record-keeping, and inventory reporting
∎ Ensure shipments' and inventory transactions' accuracy
∎ Communicate job expectations and coach employees
∎ Moves inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from the warehouses; coordinating inventory transfers with related departments
∎ All Trims and accessories inventory and maintain accurately
∎ Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements
∎ Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data
∎ Maintain the inventory system update on daily basis by recording the transactions of Goods from and to the warehouse
∎ Maintenance of health and safety measures at the Warehouse(s)
∎ Clearance and proper disposal of all waste material and excess items from project Warehouses
∎ Follow the "Store Policy" and SOP & review within particular time period
∎ Other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management from time to time when required
Additional Requirements:
∎ 5+ years of relevant experience
∎ Computer literacy & typing skills are must (Must be good at English & Bengali Type).
∎ Skills Required: Fluent In English Speaking and Writing, Microsoft Office packages
∎ Knowledge in warehouse operations
∎ Concept of international order fulfillment
∎ Should have an understanding of supply chain management
∎ Should have strong analytical ability
∎ Must have effective communication and interpersonal skills
