∎ Bachelor or Master in any subject.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Warehouse: QC all products while receiving from vendors.
∎ Generate weekly reports on product-in and product-out. Reconcile the counts with the digitally stored data.
∎ Organize the goods in the warehouse as FIFO method.
∎ Maintain necessary documentation (GRN, Delivery Note etc.) whenever any product comes in or goes out.
∎ Hire, Train, and Lead the necessary HR of the warehouse.
∎ Logistics: Coordinate with the incoming vehicles, unload the products as per relevant documentation (PO), handover the signed GRN to the representative.
∎ Make the most efficient and the most effective route plan to deliver products.
∎ Load the vehicles with to-be-delivered products as per the delivery schedule and route plan.
∎ Make sure that the products are delivered to the right places on a timely manner.
∎ Keep all the necessary documents safe and hand over whichever is necessary to whoever that is intended for.

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3-5 years of experience in similar role preferably in similar industry.
∎ Comfortable with ERP system.
∎ We'll value any certification on related up skilling.

Salary: Negotiable
