Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide excellent managerial leadership and appropriate advice and support to relevant staffs in the overall management of Hospital
∎ Takes an active role to ensure ward roster is covered and planned, covering 24/7.
∎ Maintains good staff job results by coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees like Ward Boys, Ayas, Cleaner etc. thus planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
∎ Ensures operation of medical and administrative equipment
∎ Maintains patient confidence and protects operations by monitoring confidential information processing.
∎ Maintains hospital supplies inventory by studying usage reports; anticipating needed supplies; approving requisitions and cost allocations.
∎ Maintains a cooperative relationship among health care teams by communicating information; responding to requests; building rapport; participating in team problem-solving methods.
∎ Perform any other duties assigned by the Hospital management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 3-5 years' experience in a hospital is preferable.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Hospital.
∎ candidates should require basic computer skill.
∎ Specific candidate should require good communication skill (written & spoken) both in English & Bengali.
Salary: Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
