Job Responsibilities:
∎ Welcome and escort customers to their tables
∎ Present menu and provide detailed information when asked
∎ To provide all the facilities so that the guests coming to the lounge do not have any problem.
∎ Offer menu recommendations upon request
∎ The tea or food of the guest's order is given in front of the guest in a beautiful way and the guests are informed about the tea
∎ Take accurate food and drinks orders, using a order slips.
∎ Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
∎ Serve food and drink orders
∎ Gaining knowledge about different teas and practicing it regularly and selling displayed tea.
∎ Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems
∎ Deliver checks and collect bill payments accurately.
∎ Carry dirty plates, glasses to kitchen for cleaning
∎ If necessary, all emergency work must be done.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience as a Waiter
∎ Basic math skills
∎ Attentiveness and patience for customers
∎ Excellent presentation skills
∎ Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
