Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serving visitors appropriately
∎ To ensure that the best services are delivered to all guests in a timely and effective approach.
∎ Provide excellent customer services that promote satisfaction
∎ Greet customers and present menu
∎ Make recommendations or share additional information upon request
∎ Take and serve food/drinks orders and up-sell any additional products
∎ Arrange table settings and maintain tables clean and tidy
∎ Check products for quality and correct any problems that keep them from enjoying their meal/drink
∎ Cooperate with all serving and kitchen staff
∎ Follow all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 19 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):Hotel waiter, Restaurant Waiter, Service
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Hotel, Restaurant
∎ Minimum 3 years' experience will be preferred.
∎ Fluent in English speaking and writing. Minimum height 5.5 required.
∎ Proven work experience as a waiter
∎ Ability to develop constructive working and interpersonal relationships with colleagues and customers
∎ Problem solving and decision-making skills
∎ Service orientation skills
∎ Hands on experience with cash register and any ordering information system
∎ Active listening and effective communication competencies
∎ Good physical condition
∎ Smart and Presentable
