∎ S.S.C or equivalent from any educational institution

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems
∎ Ensure the Guest feels important and welcome in the restaurant
∎ Present menu, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage
∎ Collect payments from customers by following our updated system
∎ Remove dishes and glasses from tables or counters, take them to kitchen for cleaning
∎ Co-ordinate with the kitchen staff, bar staff to ensure smooth operation and guest satisfaction
∎ Observes guests and ensure their satisfaction with the food and service
∎ Maintain table cleanliness properly

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 18 years
∎ Experience in Food & Beverage industry is preferableSmart and presentable
∎ Good communication skills in both Bangla and English
∎ Expertise in customer service
