Responsibilities & Context:

• Greet Customers – Welcome guests politely and make them feel comfortable.

• Take Orders – Accurately record food and beverage orders from customers.

• Serve Food & Drinks – Deliver food and drinks promptly and correctly.

• Table Setup & Cleaning – Keep tables clean, tidy, and properly set for new guests.

• Assist Customers – Help guests understand the menu and offer suggestions if needed.

• Handle Payments – Present bills and process cash, card, or mobile payments accurately.

• Coordinate with Staff – Work closely with kitchen and other team members for smooth service.

• Manage Complaints – Listen to customer feedback and report issues to the manager.

• Maintain Hygiene & Appearance – Keep a neat uniform and follow personal hygiene standards.

• End-of-Shift Duties – Assist in closing tasks like cleaning, arranging chairs, and preparing for the next day.
