Job Responsibilities:
∎ Skills
∎ • Demonstrate good customer service skills
∎ • Show interest and knowledge of flavor and food products
∎ • Show good practice in working hygienically around food
∎ • Attention to detail
∎ • Possess basic math skills
∎ • Experience working within a high volume fast food establishment as Waiter or Server or Team Member
∎ Responsibility
∎ • Must be proficient in the following dimensions of restaurant functions: food items description, food serving, hygiene & safety, food handling procedures and following written instructions
∎ • Must be able to read and understand in English and Bengali
∎ • Must be able to operate the Cash Register
∎ • Set up station and tables according to restaurant guidelines
∎ • Serve all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
∎ • Follow service guidelines and food presentation specifications as set by the restaurant
∎ • Restock all items as needed throughout the shift
∎ • Clean and maintain tables and floor area while practicing exceptional safety, sanitation and organizational skills
∎ • Has understanding and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain all equipment in the station
∎ • Assist with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the door, table, seats, under counter chillers & freezers and all storage areas
∎ • Perform additional responsibilities as requested by the Manager at any time
∎ • To accurately and calmly give instructions to junior staff during service and assist if necessary in the completion of the instructions
∎ • Ability to take direction
∎ • Ability to work in a team environment
∎ • Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
∎ • Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated and organized
∎ • Should be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 30 kg

∎ Age 20 to 30 years
