Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage and process visa applications for Southeast Asian countries.
∎ Provide guidance to clients on required documents, timelines, and any special requirements for Southeast Asia visas.
∎ Keep informed about visa policies, immigration rules, and entry requirements for countries in Southeast Asia.
∎ Collaborate with embassies and visa authorities as needed to facilitate a smooth application process.
∎ Maintain organized records of client applications and ensure timely updates on their status.
