Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ Hourly Pay + Overtime Options
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Credit card, Performance bonus, Weekly 2 holidays, Over time allowance
∎ Lunch Facilities: Partially Subsidize
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Transport & Dinner allowance based on 100% attendance.
∎ Festival Bonus Twice Every Year after completing probation & will be based on performance.
∎ First increment after 4 Months (Completion of probation, based on performance).
∎ Once made permanent increments will come yearly based on performance.
∎ Salary will be deposited in Bank account so 6 months after probation you will be eligible to apply for credit card (FYI: It is up to the bank to accept or decline your application).
