∎ Knowledge in these following items would really help us get you trained quickly but if you don't have knowledge in them, no worries! we'll give you time to catch up:
∎ Basic Web Research
∎ Google Drive
∎ Social Media Platforms
∎ Microsoft Office (Mainly Work & Excel)
∎ CRM
∎ Email Etiquette
∎ General knowledge about the USA (Like knowing the States, popular cities, time zones, map, etc)
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Hourly Pay + Overtime Options + Attendance Bonus + Performance Bonus.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Credit card, Performance bonus, Weekly 2 holidays, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Transport & Dinner allowance based on 100% attendance.
∎ Festival Bonus Twice Every Year after completing probation & will be based on performance.
∎ First increment after 4 Months (Completion of probation, based on performance).
∎ Once made permanent increments will come yearly based on performance.
∎ Salary will be deposited in a Bank account so 6 months after probation you will be eligible to apply for a credit card (FYI: It is up to the bank to accept or decline your application).
