Job Title: Video Editor & Graphic Designer

Next World Education is seeking a creative, talented, and skilled Video Editor & Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design professional and attractive social media posters, banners, flyers, brochures and promotional materials.

• Edit high-quality promotional videos, Facebook Reels, Instagram Reels, TikTok videos and YouTube content.

• Create engaging video advertisements for student recruitment and educational marketing campaigns.

• Develop motion graphics, animations, transitions and visual effects.

• Create eye-catching thumbnails and advertising creatives for Facebook and Instagram.

• Edit student testimonials, university promotional videos and educational content.

• Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital platforms.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative content ideas.

• Stay updated with the latest graphic design, video editing and social media trends.

• Manage multiple creative projects and complete assignments within deadlines.

• Ensure high-quality visual content with accurate spelling, branding and professional presentation.

Required Software Skills:

• Adobe Photoshop

• Adobe Illustrator

• Adobe Premiere Pro

• Adobe After Effects

• CapCut

• Canva

• Motion Graphics and Video Animation

Additional Requirements:

• Strong creativity and visual storytelling skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience creating Facebook advertising content will be an advantage.

• Good understanding of social media video formats and dimensions.

• Candidates must provide samples of previous design and video editing work.

Job Location: Mohammadpur, Dhaka.

Office Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
