Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) in Urban & Regional Planning
∎ Skills Required: 3D Design, AUTO CAD, Arc GIS
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: RAJUK Enlisted Planner will be preferred
∎ Skills Required: Ability to Work Under Pressure, AutoCAD, Excellent Presentation Skills, Flexibility and Adaptability, Professionalism; Hardworking; Problem solving skills., Time Management skills
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Architectural Design, Auto CAD Designing, Urban Designer, Urban development
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Town Planning & Layout Design of land projects
∎ Prepare town plans with relevant studies and assess the feasibility of township project
∎ Develop and interpret project layout maps and diagrams
∎ ArcGIS map & database and AutoCAD drawing
∎ Coordinate the total conceptual drawing by following environmental requirements and others
∎ Guide project surveyors and technicians in their day-to-day activities
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ This post is for an Assistant Manager, for project planning and design. Salary will be as per office policy.
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ T/A, Mobile bill, Tour allowance, Medical allowance, Provident fund
