Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monitor depot transport staff e.g. attendance, work schedule etc.
∎ Keep record & update of vehicle TAX Token, Fitness and road permit, vehicle registration & driver license
∎ Prepare monthly cost reports of vehicle repair-maintenance.
∎ Preserve the legal documents of vehicles.
∎ Prepare the monthly budget for vehicle renewal
∎ Monitoring & keeping records of all vehicles' accidents and take the necessary steps

∎ The candidate has to perform following responsibilities:
∎ Monitor depot transport staff e.g. attendance, work schedule etc.
∎ Keep record & update of vehicle TAX Token, Fitness and road permit, vehicle registration & driver license
∎ Prepare monthly cost reports of vehicle repair-maintenance.
∎ Preserve the legal documents of vehicles.
∎ Prepare the monthly budget for vehicle renewal
