Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The incumbent will be responsible for :
∎ Maintain transport of distribution depots.
∎ Keep the documents of transports up to date.
∎ Keep a record of transport-related issues and prepare report as per requirements.
∎ Maintain liaison with third party transport service provide so that transport can be arranged in case of emergency.
∎ Process documents & bills of third party related transport service.
∎ Ensure all transport fleet vehicles are properly maintained and serviced and ensure the smooth operation of the commercial fleet.
∎ Ensure the return trip of the vehicle to make the transport department cost effective.
∎ To prepare & implement transport policy for smooth operations & controlling the all commercial vehicles of Group.
∎ Overseeing the driver management, fuel management etc.
∎ To ensure that proper inventory of all components of vehicles are maintained and checked frequently.
∎ Plan, organize and manage the work of substitute staff to ensure that work is accomplished in manner consistent with organizational requirements.
∎ Plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate staff to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirements.
∎ Ensuring company compliance of all transport policies, legislation and procedures.
∎ Sound administrative action, training, motivating, coach and mentoring transport drivers.
∎ Assist to Sr. Executive (Transport) overall fleet of vehicle (250 Nos.) maintenance, registration, logbook maintenance.

∎ Age 30 to 40 years
