Job Responsibilities:
∎ To assist for reviewing and carry out necessary repair and maintenance of the vehicles as and when required.
∎ To assist for database management (fitness, renewal of tax token, insurance coverage etc.) of pool vehicles and assist to take necessary action as per requirement.
∎ To assist for maintaining liaison with BRTA and other respective concerns for smooth transport operations.
∎ To assist for preparing cost and efficiency statement of vehicles and make comparative analysis to reduce cost.
∎ To assist for efficient and economical way for managing transport.
∎ To assist for establishing contacts and making agreement with the transport service providers for renting out vehicle as and when required as per company policy.
∎ To assist for selecting and making agreement with reputed workshops for repairing and maintenance of vehicles as and when required.
∎ To prepare various bill and take initiative for approval.
∎ To assist for monitoring transport operation using GPS technology.
∎ Planning and controlling transports movement.
∎ Any other task as per departmental requirement as and when required.
