Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain vehicles' schedule and movement regularly in accordance of Reporting Supervisor's instruction and management's approval.
∎ Arrange, monitor and regular follow up daily employees' Pool car in accordance of Reporting Supervisor's instruction and management's approval, as/when necessary.
∎ Arrange and ensure transport facilities such as Airport transfer, Mkt visit etc. for International/Foreign employees/technicians, Delegates,
∎ Hourly follow up with drivers regarding vehicles' destination/places to ensure whole day vehicle schedules timely, smoothly and also perfect without hassle.
∎ Manage and monitor with drivers all vehicles' fuel requirement, expenses, billings, related transactions etc. as/when necessary working with Accounts Dept. and in accordance of Reporting Supervisor's instruction and management's approval.
∎ Regular/routine deal with the assigned/enlisted Automobile workshops regarding vehicles' maintenance, servicing, repairing, checking etc. in accordance of Reporting Supervisor's instruction and management's approval
∎ Responsible to outsource vehicle for Finished Goods Delivery when require

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
