Transport Service, Manufacturing (FMCG), Cement Industry, Pharmaceuticals, Electric Wire/Cable
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Plan out your daily routes.
∎ Continually monitor transportation costs.
∎ Maintain accurate records of the vehicle, schedules, and orders that have been fulfilled.
∎ A strong sense of organization.
∎ Proficiency with transportation software, such as freight view and 3P Link.
∎ Preparation expertise and vehicle tracking system (VTS)
∎ Negotiating rates and agreements with transportation and transportation providers.
∎ Resolved concerns with exports, logistics, transportation, or customer service.
∎ Address complaints from the marketing department and distributors.
∎ Must meet incoming trip targets as required by management.
∎ A contract for daily outbound transportation and a suitable response to the needs of the distribution department.
∎ Be in charge of the department's budget plan.
∎ Create and maintain a committed partners with everyone involved in the transport process.
∎ Takes responsibility for team.
∎ Keep driver requirements and car paperwork current.
∎ All unintentional issues are properly maintained by the police, etc.
∎ Ensure compliance to government regulations, safety standards, and transportation-related policies.
∎ Keep track of all incoming and outgoing payments.
∎ Daily flow increases OTIF
∎ Create competent individuals through efficient onboarding training & coaching.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
