Job Responsibilities:
∎ Report to the Training Lead in Bangladesh
∎ Designing, developing and delivering training
∎ CCP quality improvement through handholding and booster training
∎ Motivating and engaging the trainers through in-person visits and virtual platforms
∎ Managing LMS/CMS platforms
∎ Writing training manuals
∎ Managing Noora Trainers (if any)
∎ Contributing to the training team's strategy planning
∎ Seek current training methods and best practices to facilitate training
∎ Extensive knowledge for creating instructional materials
∎ Effectively organize and manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously
∎ Making attractive powerpoint presentation
∎ Supporting the medical team in content development
∎ Supporting the design team in design projects and translation works
∎ Partnering with the research team for training related studies
Additional Requirements:
∎ Must be fluent to read/write/speak in Bangla and English. Knowledge of the different dialects will be an added advantage
∎ Public health training experience is preferred
∎ Exceptional problem-solver and leadership abilities.
∎ Ability to fit in and be a team player with excellent communication skills
∎ Be an independent and creative thinker able to take projects through to completion
∎ Be able to fit well both inside an office space and outside in the health facilities. You should be able to problem solve independently at the ground level.
∎ Diplomacy, humility, confidence are all important traits
∎ Ability to innovate to handle challenges and to improve upon training efficiencies
∎ You will be expected to work in the urban and rural health facilities both in the public and private sectors. Both environments are crucial in our ability to scale, and we need you to possess the graces required to adapt.
∎ Willing to travel to remote places within the country and abroad when required
∎ Ability to work with state implementation teams and support them in their training needs
∎ Knowledge of Instructional Designing (ID), Course designing, Curriculum Development and Adult learning principles and teaching techniques
∎ Able to build learning modules and courses on LMS/CMS platforms
∎ Basic computer skills- email, G-drive, windows office, handling accessories like projectors, speakers etc.
∎ Good communication and training skills
∎ Confident leadership skills necessary to build capacity of the teams members
