∎ Science background with MBA (Preferred)

∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Training
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceuticals

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assess and identify training needs of field personnel through field work, focus group discussions, in consultations with Sales Managers, MPD etc.
∎ Design and implement class room training on products and selling skills during Induction programs, Basic Training Program, Product launch, Cycle meets, and in field trainings.
∎ Monitor and review the progress through questionnaires, field visits, joint working and discussion with managers to evaluate transfer of learning at workplace.
∎ Drawing the training calendar get it approved by the stakeholders. Sched information on career developmeule training session in coordination with Sales, Marketing and HR.
∎ Prepare the training budget and tracking expenses to ensure compliance.
∎ Update Training Records and ensure all mandatory training requirements are met, also ensure Sunology and Sun Values are being practiced and maintained at the highest level.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Good knowledge in computer operation specially in PPT and Communication Skill.

Salary: Negotiable
