∎ Age 24 to 30 years

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assessing Training Need for ACI Motors & Premio Plastics employees jointly with business / function heads and reporting superior.
∎ Collaborating with senior management to identify learning needs and priorities across different departments and job roles.
∎ Preparing ACI Motors regular training plan and budget under the supervision of Manager, Training.
∎ Designing, developing, organizing, conducting & evaluating all training courses according to the recommendations and needs of business division.
∎ Analyzing training data and generating reports on training completion, participant satisfaction, skill development, and other key performance indicators.
∎ Conducting regular assessments and evaluations to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
∎ Ensuring appropriate faculty, training tools, equipment’s, facilities and logistic supports for training & development.
∎ Conducting Online Training and developing Digital Contents to the FF of ACI Motors & Yamaha.
∎ Designing web pages, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual report and other communication materials.
