Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ B. Sc/ M. Sc in Mechanical Engineering from any reputed University
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare an annual training plan and budget.
∎ Design, develop, organize, and conduct training courses according to the recommendations and needs of divisions / SBUs / departments.
∎ Design and develop appropriate training materials for different training courses.
∎ Identify appropriate training tools, equipment, facilities, and logistic supports for the acquisition
∎ Maintain liaison with internal and external faculty, training, and consultation organizations and venues suitable to arrange training outside our own premises.
∎ Implement the training need assessment (TNA) and training evaluation Process.
∎ Assist supervisor to prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
∎ Compile and maintain all documents & records of all training programs.
∎ Follow ISO 9001:2000 for maintaining the Quality Management System.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Comfortable in public speaking
