Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery(MBBS) in Medicine
∎ Candidates must be BMDC registered.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparing annual FME/MIE training plan & budget under the supervision of head of department.
∎ Designing, developing, organizing & conducting training courses according to the recommendations & needs of individual SBUs of ACI Pharmaceuticals.
∎ Identifying & developing appropriate training tools, equipment’s facilities & logistics supports for training & development.
∎ Implement the training need assessment (TNA) & training evaluation process.
∎ Assisting Head of Department to prepare monthly, quarterly & annual training report.
∎ Recruiting FME/MIEs as per the needs of individual SBUs of ACI Pharmaceuticals.
∎ Assisting in promotional exam of pharmaceutical field force.
∎ Compiling & maintaining all documents & records of all training programs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Having a maximum of 1 year relevant experience will be an added advantage.
∎ Excellent in Microsoft Office.
∎ Eagerness to take challenge and work under stress.
∎ Ability to work in a team of multi-disciplinary professionals.
