Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Good Command Over English, MS Office
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ In the Operation training and Running/Heavy maintenance training conducted in Dhaka, Training attendant will support the following duties of Kawasaki and, in some cases, act for Kawasaki attendant.
∎ Manage and supervise trainees, drivers, and vendor instructors to ensure that training proceeds safety and as planned.
∎ Manage and supervise the safety and health of themselves, trainees and persons concerned during training in accordance with Depot and KMC rules.
∎ Confirm and communicate the allocation of the vehicle and the location and time of training to the person concerned.
∎ Local arrangement of consumable, equipment and tools for training.
∎ Management of equipment and materials used in training.
∎ Operate the cranes and the forklift to transport the equipment and the materials necessary for training in the depot.
∎ Operate power supplies of catenaries, lighting, and low-voltage power in the depot.
∎ Watch the trainees and others not to damage to the actual vehicle or equipment during practice training.
∎ Follow the instructor's instructions to help his work during practice training.
∎ Set-up and removal of training classroom.
∎ Ensuring, preparing, and removing training place for practical training.
∎ Keep clean and tidying as the training place.
∎ Take photos and videos of the training.
∎ Confirmation of attendance.
∎ Distribution and collection of documents.
∎ Arrangements of lunch and drinking water.
∎ Making a journal.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Operation crane and forklift (mandatory)
∎ Driving License for as Motorcar (mandatory)
∎ Japanese (Listening, speaking)
Salary: Negotiable
