Responsibilities & Context: Job Responsibilities Design and deliver engaging and effective training sessions on freelancing soft skills (e.g., communication, negotiation, client management) and hard skills (e.g., platform navigation, proposal writing, project management). Develop and customize training materials, including presentations, manuals, and exercises. Assess trainees` learning needs and tailor training sessions to address specific challenges. Provide ongoing support and guidance to trainees post-training to ensure skill application. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new strategies and tools into the training programs. Collaborate with the curriculum development team to refine and improve existing training modules. Evaluate training effectiveness and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes. Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions as needed. Employment Status Part-time Additional Requirements Age Na Both males and females are allowed to apply.
