Job Context:
∎ A reputed Private Company "Popular Diagnostic Center Ltd" is looking for a dynamic `Trainer- Customer Services" to ensure the highest standard of customer care & customer satisfaction.
∎ Job Location - Dhanmondi, Dhaka.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing educational materials and organizing training for new hires.
∎ Develop digital and print educational material. Maintain update record of training curriculum and study materials.
∎ Schedule regular training sessions. (Eg - Bi-weekly, Monthly and Quarterly)
∎ Ensure that all new hires can get basic CS (Customer Service) Training including communication and crisis management skills.
∎ Conduct roll-playing activities to develop interpersonal skills (eg. Negotiations, teamwork's and conflict management.)
∎ Liaison with dept. heads / managers to encourage on the training and identify individual and team skills gap. (how to handle difficult clients and cases)
∎ Assess the impact of each training course on staff / employee by the bench marking of performance and client satisfaction.
∎ Maintain update record of training curriculum & materials.
∎ To creates shared accountability between employees by cascading goals from one employee to another when relevant
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good communication and presentation skill.
∎ Flexible to take any kind of responsibility.
∎ Must have 8-10 years' experience in Diagnostic or Hospital related specific job.
∎ Work experience on customer service trainer or similar role.
Salary: Negotiable
