Educational Requirements:
∎ Should have minimum Diploma in Nursing Science & Midwifery/Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Nursing Science / Master of Science (M.Sc) in Nursing.
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Educate and train the learners on different subject/topic as per the requirement.
∎ Planning, developing and implementing the educational programs.
∎ Should be responsible for the coordination and collaboration with all nursing faculties to evaluate the educational program.
∎ Prepare curriculum, course outline and module according to the need of different training program.
∎ Maintain the attendance sheet and prepare the result sheet of learners.
∎ Monitor the types of questionnaire for all different types of training program prepared by the full time as well as part time faculties
∎ Supervise the activities of the learner and should handles the queries and complain of the students.
∎ Should provide feedback to the learners according to their performance.
∎ Prepare pre and post test assessment questionnaire for the selection process of the learner.
∎ Provide training and support through workshop to the nursing and all part time faculties per requirement.
∎ Assess and evaluate all the nursing and part time faculties and give feedback as per requirement.
∎ Provide supervision and mentorship to the nursing team, supporting them in the development of their personal and professional activities.
∎ Arrange formal meeting with the faculties' regarding the issues, update and progress of the learners at regular time interval.
∎ Support and mentor colleagues to improve practice in teaching and learning and in developing enhanced models of research-engaged and practice-based teaching.
∎ Work effectively as a part of the overall faculty team demonstrating positive interpersonal relations, collaborating with other faculty members to meet trainee needs.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience as Trainer with PKSF/ILO/ASSET Project will get Preference.
∎ Should have organizational skills, computer and interpersonal skills
∎ Should have strong command on English (spoken & written).
