Educational Requirements:
∎ MBBS/BDS
∎ Post graduate degree in any subject (Preferable).
∎ Must have registration from BMDC.

Job Context:
∎ Work place: At office or clinics or on call service.
∎ Working hours: 8 hours in a day and 6 days in a week.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Training Plans, Learning materials, Lesson plan and actively involved in developing curriculum.
∎ Evaluate student's learning and clinical progress.
∎ Assist in students' skill development and practical experiences.
∎ Managing and organizing various exams and classes.
∎ Coordinate with various Managers for student's training activities in hospital placement.
∎ Carryout all academic activities related to students' exam, patients dealing and other duties as required by the position.
∎ Provide ongoing feedback on training activities to Principal/Vice-Principal.
∎ Prepare relevant reports & return and others documentation for onward submission to Principal/Vice-Principal.
∎ Participate in the institute's social and academic programs and meetings as and when required.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having experience in relevant field will be given preference.
∎ Candidates should be well familiar with relevant Subject, ICT and good Communication skills in English will be given preference.
∎ Police clearance certificate

Salary:
∎ Probationary period (6 months) BDT 23000/- After Probationary period BDT 25000/-

∎ TA/DA is admissible for official tours and travel.
∎ Medical allowance is admissible.
∎ On satisfactory performance, salary will be increased @ 10% of basic salary every year.
∎ Festival allowances are admissible twice in a year.
∎ Compulsory savings: An amount of 10% of total salary will be deducted per month as compulsory saving. This amount will be returned back after 3 years in double figure. If someone wants to withdraw the compulsory savings before 3 years he/she will get the actual saving amount.
