Educational Requirements:
∎ Diploma in Nursing/ Physiotherapy/ Nutrition/ Medical technology/ Medical assistant.
∎ Must have registration from relevant authority.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide caregiving services to the clients at houses, hospitals and old homes.
∎ Provide healthcare services to the clients described in CHL card designed by Caregivers Healthcare Ltd (CHL).
∎ Assist in caregivers' students' skill development and practical experiences.
∎ Coordinate with various Managers for student's training activities in hospital placement.
∎ Prepare relevant reports & return and others documentation for onward submission to Principal/Vice-Principal.
∎ Provide ongoing feedback on training activities to Principal/Vice-Principal.
∎ Participate in the institute's social and academic programs and meetings as and when required.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates having experience in relevant field will be given preference.
∎ Candidates should be well familiar with relevant Subject, ICT and good Communication skills in English will be given preference.
∎ Police clearance certificate
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ Probationary period (6 months) BDT 15000/-
After Probationary period BDT 18000/-
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Benefits and facilities:
∎ Residential accommodation (on payment)
∎ TA/DA is admissible for official tours and travel.
∎ Medical allowance is admissible.
∎ On satisfactory performance, salary will be increased @ 10% of basic salary every year.
∎ Festival allowances are admissible twice in a year.
∎ Compulsory savings: An amount of 10% of total salary will be deducted per month as compulsory saving. This amount will be returned back after 3 years in double figure. If someone wants to withdraw the compulsory savings before 3 years he/she will get the actual saving amount.
